This Luxury Boutique residential complex designed by renowned architect Enrique Norten is located in a prime location in South Beach. Given its location, right on the ocean, the gardens are required to incorporate only native vegetation. This condition gave origin to the main concept for the open spaces, to create a Tropical and elegant transition as it would occur in the natural plant communities of South Florida, from shady Hammocks to sunny Beach Dunes.
