Holistic Concept in the Spirit of the Enea Philosophy
For this private family residence, Enea developed a holistic garden and interior design concept in line with the Enea philosophy. At its core is a design that creates openness, lightness, and at the same time a close connection to the surrounding landscape. The aim was therefore to create a home that harmoniously unites family life, architecture, and nature, while also being functional, comfortable, and aesthetically compelling.
The clear, linear architecture of the house is consistently continued in the interior. Light colour tones, natural materials, and bespoke carpentry define the spaces, giving the home a calm and timeless quality. Wood and natural stone provide warmth, pleasant tactility, and durability, while a reduced formal language keeps the design clear and uncluttered.
Seamless Connection Between Interior and Exterior
Furthermore, generous window façades, sliding doors, and carefully placed openings create fluid transitions between indoor and outdoor spaces. They bring abundant daylight into the rooms while opening views to greenery, mountains, and lake. In this way, the landscape becomes part of everyday living. At the same time, light and shadow transform the atmosphere throughout the day. The garden designed and realized by Enea thus becomes an integral part of the house, extending the living space outward.
In addition, the open spatial layout on a single level supports the family’s daily life. Short distances connect living, cooking, dining, and playing areas. While these zones flow seamlessly into one another, they remain clearly structured. At the same time, there are quiet retreats for relaxation and privacy. Thoughtfully designed storage solutions ensure order and clarity, while clear sightlines provide pleasant orientation.
Quality, Sustainability, and Future Focus
Particular emphasis was also placed on quality and sustainability. High-quality materials were carefully selected and precisely crafted to ensure longevity and lasting value. Interior design and garden were conceived together from the very beginning, with every detail coordinated accordingly.
The result is a modern family residence in which interior architecture, landscape, and life exist in a natural dialogue — designed for both the present and the future.
